Is that badly worded question or statement? Basic spelling and grammar will lend a lot of weight to your argument. If you never use punctuation and dont spell properly then people are much less likely to take you seriously and you're argument will have much less effect I mean who wants to read a whole paragraph without any punctuation
. -ok, bad troll. I think it depends on how you define aid. Is it sacks of rice dumped out of Red Cross trucks to feed the starving or to be liberated by petty gangsters? Is it monetary donations to a friendly government with conditions on how it is to be spent, which are promptly ignored or corrupted? Is it a military intervention to remove an oppressive regime on behalf of it's mass population, which causes long term religious and political instability and a continuing violance? In other words, is it anything which benefits the majority, or do we have to be more specific about things?
Intervention is clearly designed to be foreign aid and it would be impossible to determine whether it will improve most situations for the better, what are the other choices? As a nation we do sometimes have to make selfish decisions that will have a negative impact on other nations. I don't agree with it but then I don't see what the alternative is.
yeah well most here know what I have to say.. some may agree- I actually liked your take on the monkeys and how the irish monkey roid raged into human form way before the others, or something close to that but it made sense and was a possibility the life just happening I will probably never agree with though- because it's practically impossible.. that's not just me saying that either statements like krazehs don't make sense to me.. atypical blinders- you need to look and the evidence is there.. unless you want to discount many first hand eye witnesses on both sides form your own opinion is all.. if you end up in monkeytown then at least you know wth your talking about

In which case the "What are" should be removed and "you" should be capitalised. On a more serious note; quality of life is a difficult thing to measure; is there average life expencancy data from before and after interventions? Probably not, that would be a possible piece of evidence to weigh intervention as aid as improvement... What else have we got to use; average income/spending, national spending/debt, size of police/armed-forces, how do we judge the supposed improvement - and how do we weight our data?
