MarioKart 8 is awesome, don't forget to register the game on the nintendo website to get a download code for another game (you need to wait 48hrs after registering and then log back into the nintendo site.) I went for Legend of Zelda: wind waker, but kind of wished I'd gone for the Wonderful 101 instead as I just spotted a new copy of Wind Waker in HMV for £29

Shadow of the Beast, I used to love just listening to the music on that on the Atari

PvZ:GW is such a fun game.

Booked a day of work so that I can go look for my birthday present, Thinking of getting the Ghostbusters Ecto 1 Lego kit.

That was an extra, always extras these days + she needs a booster vaccination in a weeks time which is another 40+ quid. But if she need it she needs it.

Found a giftcard for EB games with 25 bucks on it, I'll probably go pick up Forza 4 since it's 29 new! I'm way behind but looking for a half-decent racing game that isn't too sim-like. I could have just took my brothers Gran tourismo 5 if I wanted that.

Just wanted to share a pic of my New Old upgrade
    [IMG]

Some spare parts for my Reel-to-Reel (it was missing a knob)

And a horribly bad pic of some additions to my lighting setup.

After dropping the Dell venue last night and smashing the screen, this morning I picked up:

Massively more expensive than the Dell but significantly better suited to the job, and what I should have bought in the first place.

I think I am going to love the box-opener bit on there.

Also, who pays over €200 for a shirt? Not me. 70% off La Martina shirt.

    Plain black M&S shirt - £19.50

Works for me, a little more than I'd rather spend but hey,

Charity shop - £1.50 - £2 for a damn good shirt. Some still have the labels on, with the original price! I'm not bothered if they've come out of a wardrobe of someone who's just kicked the bucket, most look brand new and unworn anyway. I know there's not the choice, but I'm not picky.

I also use M&S either the £19.50 or the £25 shirt. I have to wear collar and tie every day. I would never pay £60 for a short.

Swings and roundabouts. Some of you would probably balk at what I spend on shirts/suits. I don't even have to wear them every day :p

Similarly, I understand why people don't want to.
