Looking here http://snapsort.com/compare/Canon-EOS-1200D-vs-Canon-EOS-700D I can't see many reasons not to upgrade. Seems like a decent upgrade path if that is what your budget allows. Although, if you can afford a 70D I'd lean more to that but body only with the lenses you already have.
700D then, it's still a great camera. I rock 600D and my only limitations has ever been lenses over the actual body
