When they touch down, we'll blow the roof, they'll spend a month sifting through rubble, and by the time they figure out what went wrong, we'll be sitting on a beach, earning twenty percent.

3rd one to go just before hitting 70 [well in Lemmy's case 2 days after his 70th], 3rd one to go of cancer...

Well the trend of 'dead at 69/70' continues then we're potentially looking at the deaths of [amongst others]:

    Schwarzenegger
    Stallone
    Tim Curry
    Steven King
    Steven Spielberg
    Dolly Parton

and with any luck... Donald Trump

Elliot Marston (Quigley Down Under, the first movie in which I've seen Mr.Rickman).

    Phil Allen (Blow Dry)

    Alex (Snowcake)

    Alexander Dane (Galaxy Quest)

    Eamon de Valera (Michael Collins)

    I loved this man :-(

    Alan, after all this time?

    Always.

2015 felt like a pretty good year to me - lots of positives. 2016? Not so much. I'm such a fan of so many of Alan Rickman's movies. Like Robin Williams, it makes me feel a little emptier that I'll never see any new films with his talent in them.

Welp, I'm pissed, I think most of my childhood has died in the last 5-10 years. This is how I would feel right now if I believed in fairy stories:
