I was wondering whether enough people here who play battlefeild 2 would want to form a bit-tech clan?

ok, i am predicting interest. So if any bit tech mods or people of higher command than me want to organise things, then go ahead. (i mainly say this because we will need a server)

    Laters

Seeing as it was my idea i get to be in a position of power within the clan! And then you may all bow down to me and worship me as your god as I get masacared in my n00bness on the battlefield!

I have discovered that I am quite good with the sniper rifle today. How annoying for anybody who's playing me then. Who wants to bet that there will be some group of people that will start complaining about the snipers just like in cs.

However, i can't fly planes or copters for ****. Especially with the mouse... Crazy idea.

I'm interested. I mainly pilot choppers (I am very good :)) though I'm also a pretty good sniper and excellent as heavy support. So, yeah. I plan on getting BF2 within the next week, got the demo 'til then.

Hey, I'd be interested. And if any mods are interested I *might* be able to hand over a server. (As long as they set it up). I also own full game. If a mod is interested PM me or send me an instant message. AIM SN = igotascrewlose

shoot, I'll play in a few weeks after I move. Granted, I'm in Texas but latency shouldn't be too bad.

As for my specialties...hmm, I like to think I'm good all around player. I do what needs to be done and selects the class to handle the job. The only thing I can't do is fly planes...the keyboard is just a little lacking for the task. I can be pretty evil as an engineer though....

Lockman's words of Battlefield wisdom: Do not underestimate the power of well placed landmines.

I'm a plane pilot :hip: But tbh, there is no real scope for BF2 clans - infact 'clans' are very 2000 now :blah: Very few around and even fewer leagues.

I would have to agree with you, however, bf2 has a brillant system of command where you actually form mini clans in the game. ( OK, my brains died temporarly and i can't remeber the name for these groups.... bit weird that..) Anyway, my brain asside. What i'm trying to say is that BF2 clans are going to appear very quickly as groups of people form their own (still can't remeber the word) during a freeforall and decide to meet up again some time, a clan is formed.

Squads :). And yes, clans are very good for BF2 as you get to know every member of your squad and their specialties and you can therefore command them better and work as a much more efficient team. :thumb:

    BTW, Rain! :D.

Ok, so far, i count 10 people.

    They are as follows:

    • will.
    • Froggy
    • Icecoldbagey
    • Midwinter
    • Potato (possible source of server)
    • LockmanX
    • acron^ (??)
    • ou7blaze (official clan lagger)
    • FuzzyOne
    • tamffc

I think thats enough interest to have our own section on the gaming forum.

I'm a newbie to BF world so I am finding my feet, but I am willing to be the back up guy if you need a spare player.
