Modding Where to get Stainless steel stand offs?

    where can i get Stainless steel stand offs like to one highlighted in the picture below? or even just the stuff to make them?

    I'm not sure where to get stainless steel standoffs like that but from the looks of the picture I would guess thats a small diameter aluminum tubing with long screws or threaded rod through the tubing, or at least you would get the same apperance.

    its not so much the appearence i am after, infact i couldnt care less, im just after anything similar that will let me mount my rad like that

    well i was going to go and have a look tomorrow, but what exactly am i looking for :blush: kinda new to this whole modding thing

    Go to your local hardware store & find metal rods that are the same size, diameter & length? You could probably even get them to cut it down to size for you???

    Just throwing out ideas for you.

    its not getting hold of them that worries me, its connecting it to the rad that has got me worried

    Hmm, I definitely think that your biggest problem would be weight...?

    If you've got the rad too far out it may be to heavy for the stand offs & may end up breaking them.

    And if it's too close you may not be able to trouble shoot the rad & piping etc???
