It looks like MDF, so quite heavy.

Definitely not one to take to a LAN :D

next i need to drill holes in the back of all the 100 keys so the screws could go in ok

i used a piece of plastic glass to make a mold so i can drill the holes in the same places in all the 100 keys, and the keys could fit perfectly in the mold. i drilled all the 400 holes in the keys.

    this is the mold

this is a key which i drilled 4 holes in

Cool, looks like this will be pretty well done if this is a sign of things to come.

next i have made a acrylic plate and put a gideline on to drill holes for the keys
    [IMG]

i use a pice of acrylic again to make a mold and get all the holes in the same spot
    [IMG]

now i only need to drill more than 500 holes in the acrylic plate so the keys can go on

Ahahahah :D that's exactly what I thought when I saw it. Imagine playing CS and having to rely on both CS AND DDR skills at the same time :)
