0-25 26-50 51-100 101+ My dad makes a hobby out of collecting games so I've got over 200 games and about four counsles.
Trust me, when you've played some of the games I've played you wish you've never played a game in your life.
I have about 11 GC games, 20 Xbox games (that are all being sold on BT for sale board!!!), 5 GBA games, and about 60 PC games (Big games)
6-7 games I don't remember and some of them don't work but i haven't used them for a long time anyway
1-game...and i found it in a fully boxed on the shelfs of computer exchange... but my cube is really really left out...i aint played it in a year....need more games for it.
I've got 8, haven't bought one for like the last 2 years, but I still play Monkey Ball (1 & 2) and Smash Bros Melee. They are still the best party games i've played, and alcohol makes them even better than they already are.
One i got Legend of zelda windwaker and the bonus disc. Im now selling my gamecube and that just because i finished legend of zelda and own an xbox 360, ps2, ps1, xbox, gameboy and the rest.
20 x GC games (although a few have been nicked by my little brother and I'm going to have to get them back from him soon) XII Resident Evil Pac-Man World 2 Bloody Roar Donky Konga Donky Kong Jungle Beats Crazy Taxi Metroid Prime Warioware Inc Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker Legend of Zelda: Collectors Edition Starfox Adventures Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg FF: Crystal Chronicles Super Smash Bros Melee ZooCube Star Wars: Rogue Squadren 2 Eternal Darkness Super Mario Sunshine Super Mario Kart I've also got a shed load of official memory cards 'cos the local dixons was selling them off for like £2 each for the mc59 and £3 for the mc251 (and you can never get enough memory cards can you). There are a few games I want for the cube at the moment: Paper Mario Metroid Prime 2 and Ikaruga (which I cannot find anywhere) On a side note, if anyone is collecting stars on the nintendo website and hasn't registered a set of the bongo controllers yet, I've got 2 codes for 250 stars (you can only register 1 set) send me a PM if you want one of them.
I've got 48 GC games and 14 DS games. What can I say, I'm a Nintendo addict. My IGN Profile There's still a few games left on my wishlist, Zelda, Battalion Wars, ToS, Paper Mario is an awesome game, probably some of the best fun I've had on my cube, definately one to get. Ikaruga is quite hard to find. I found it in Gamestation a few months ago. I think I saw it in HMV before aswell.
Worst value console I ever bought. And I'm a big Nintendo fan too. Bought it with Monkey Ball and added Super Mario Sunshine, Metroid and Zelda. I think the only game I actually played for more than a week was Zelda which admittedly is one of all time favourite games now. But aside from Res Evil 4, there's still nothing on that console that interests me. Nintendo's tireless march towards franchise-exhaustion has just killed my interest in almost all of their big name titles these days.
I can see your point about exhausting franchises but there have definatley been some great, original games. Pikmin, Killer 7, Eternal darkness, Metroid Prime, Paper Mario to name a few. its a shame that so many great games on all formats haven't got the recognition they deserve.
Still don't think you should have sold it though matey. I've played through Wind Waker about 3 times since! Resident Evil 4 was just sublime start-to-finish as well.
I've got a few less than Darv at 38. I love my Gamecube the mostest! It gets more play than my PS2 and I sold my Xbox because I was not using it. However, no console comes close to my PC and I have over 200 games for it. My Cube is a Japanese one that has been modified to play both US and Japanese software. The only Japanese game I have is Luigi's Mansion. I've got a decent console collection though: SNK Neo Geo cartridge machine (With World Heroes Jet and King of the Monsters 1 & 2) Neo Geo CD (w/lots of fighting games: King Of Fighters, Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting etc) black Saturn (with Space Harrier and the Sega Mega disk - has 10 or so full games like Golden Axe and a few sports titles including Daytona USA and World Series Baseball and a football game (not US football)) Dreamcast (and about 30 games) NES Super Famicom (the Japanese Super Nintendo) Nintendo 64 (I bought it to replay Diddy Kong Racing) Playstation Turbo Grafx 16 (w/Splatter House and Fantasy Zone)
