Does anybody know of any places where you can send in your side panel, and a design, and they will cut it for you, I need a LOT of detail so I cant do it myself :(
Does anybody know about how much it would be?

    Thx

Definitely Time2Kill is the man to see! Check this thread to see a little of his work that he did for Unloaded.

    Water Cutting Places

I'm thinking that water-jet cutting is more common than a lot of people realize.

I had some glass cut a few years ago, and the cost was $0.50 per inch. I thought it was pretty rare.

Last week I decided to see if I could get one of these places to cut on a bevel. The place I used a couple years ago couldn't. So I looked in the "yellow pages" under "Cutting". There were a bunch of places, some quite close. None had machines that could cut on a bevel, but one place is willing to "play" with the head on their machine. BTW... laser and plasma cutters were listed too.

I may end up getting my window cut with a water-jet... if I do, I will definitely get "extra" pieces of glass/plexi and have 2 or 3 cut at the same time. Cutting cost is the same, and that way, if I screw up the etch (or want to change the etch later on), I'll have a spare or 2.
