    this year i got it all sown up last weekend, took my mum in to town (southampton) and she picked out 2 presents and her card

    Went to M&S last week and there was a beautiful plant I was gonna buy albiet rather big, I was just about to check out until I realised where am I going to hide it for a few weeks!

    Of course I never forget mothers day :worried:

    just give a flower shop a call in january, tell them what you want delivered for mothers day and dont think about it again. Bonanza, problem solved :)

    Hmm, well I did forget her birthday this year but on the other hand I've helped her out a lot cos she moved house recently. Card + flowers it is then :) And some more DIY :/

    bit of a pain in the ass this year as Im not much on speaking terms with the mother, only the occasional hi and are you ok ( from my side) but went out and bought her every cosmetic treat type thing she uses and put it in a basket....
    came to £30, should have stuck with the cd gift voucher :eeek:

    I have a hell of a time with mothers day. Its in may in the states (mum in the states) and I always forget to get a card now to send in a couple months

    I'm prepared this year though, provided I don't lose it in the mean time :duh:
