“Project: S-System” Why S-System? If you’re going to think a word from the letter S, there’s a lot of idea you can think on your mind but for real there’s no meaning. Next System, basically the meaning is a “machine”. That’s it. Introduction This is my 2nd project. My plan is to build a machinery control panel where it can control some things inside of it. Next the water cooling system, I will use some metal pipelines where the tube hose goes thru. I’ll place a security camera inside of it where it can view 180° on the psone LCD and some controlling devices to the camera. So there will be a limited vision inside the case. No plugs on the psu, I will make a direct connection to the controller where it can be power by on and off. And a direct ducting mod for the fans to look as a machine. I can’t make this project as on time due and easy, because there will be delay of delivering in some in parts. I ordered some computer parts on www.newegg.com but I will wait for 4-5 months before it will deliver it here, because they will ship first on my cousin’s house at California before my cousin deliver here on my location. So hard right? But it’s ok. Patience is a must. Geez. I need those parts to measure that thing on my project. As of now I will still continue to build my case. But I’m still in the middle of planning. Here’s the list I ordered: AMD Athlon64 3200+ MSI K8N Neo Platinum (S939) & DFI UTNF4 Ultra-D (S939) for another rig 2x Twinmos 1GB DDR400 XFX 7600GT 256mb 128bit PCIe 2x 160GB Seagate SATA Anyway here’s my new workstation room. And I’ve got a new rotary tool, jigsaw and drill. Here’s the plan! Anyway I will post my first plan here but not the others. Try to understand. If you notice that there is a vision on left panel and as I said the will be a limited vision in it, just wait I’m still in the process of thinking. And also about the plan was already 70% finish. Finally! August 9, 2006 I will start to mod for the lower case tomorrow and to born for the S-System RIG! . Please beware on my pictures. I used my camera on phone.

4:30am I woke up. its too early to start for the s-system project. while drinking coffee. I still continue for the plan. here's the material I used. metal angle bar, and aluminum angle bar. on the metal angle bar, as you can see there's a dent on the middle and i need to remove. that's it! measure cut measure cut measure cut... and more... LOL. now time to fit it all..
**update** I finally used the acrylic sheet to cover the front lower case. preparing to cut using my jigsaw. the cutting session how sweet. perfect! another side.
here's the plan for the lower case. below optical drive there's the 2pcs 80mm fan. I will put a cover that emboss just like a fan grill with a mesh grill for intake. On the top there's a metal bar that will support for the mid and upper case. I'll go out. and buy some material I will used. see yah later. thanks!
anyway guys im so sorry for having a late update.. and theres a little bit of change plans.. bust still the same concept. Ill show up to you whats the latest thing i did yesterday. Ill used this bar instead of aluminum angle bar. here it is. need to measure and cut for the lower case... using a jigsaw I test it to make sure those sides fits perfectly
HERE'S A LITTLE UPDATE! anyway guys im sorry for the picture. I dont have enough money to buy a good camera. I'm just using my camera phone. So sorry! anyway here we go.. I used the sander to to fixed the edge... test test testingg... using with the metal L-Bars.. As you can see I did not put all the screws. just a test only. front lower case skeleton system connect the body.. just a test again and i think its a lil' perfect. lolz! i hope you guys enjoy a little bit. bro I used a Black and Decker Rotary tool not a dremel. anyway All dremel accessories are fit to B&D Rotary tool. I dont know if B&D Accessories are fitted to your dremel.
well i have a black and decker rotary tool that is just like a dremel without the dremel brand name lol
Cire, I've got the same B&D Dremel clone. You can use all the B&D accessories, as well as anything a dremel uses, as far as i know. I've got a real dremel too, and I haven't found anything that isn't hot-swappable.
