alright cool cause i didnt want to go buy some without knowing, any cutting blades that you can suggest that wont break after a sec or too of cutting alu, or need 9 to cut a circle
Ah, get the cutting kit. It's got three discs in it that are made of abrasive ceramic and reinforced with fiberglass, as well as quite a lot of ceramic cutting/grinding ceramic discs. For $10 USD, it's freakin' amazing. I cut everything on my case with the fiberglass, including the hole in the top of the case and there's no visible wear on the disc at all. ok here I go again.. I've been on a machine shop a while ago to buy some aluminum sheet but they dont have any stock so I buy this allen screws and nuts i also got a lock washers. who the !@#$ is this? LOL hmmm looks good.. i think its better to use black allen screws than stainless screws. Check it out. 2 holes I found out that the holes are not fit and inlined to screws. so better to make a hole again. that's it!
finally I finish the front skeleton system of this project. I need to make 1 more for the rear panel. cut This picture is to show up to you guys how mess my modding room.
here's a short update again. remember my goggles with holes? now i get some acrylic to put into it. I call this a DIY Goggles! lol! here we go. Combining them to sander it. I go to the hardware and buy this stuffs. sandpaper and the stainless cleaner and polisher
