    I just benchmarked my 4800x2 and ati x1950xtx and score 6312. doesnt seem very good really compared to some of th others.

    4800x2 cpu @2.56hz
    4gb ram cas 2.5
    1 x1950xtx 675/1150

    My 3D Mark score for the graphics card I have is just embarassing :(

    DC's hardly speed up 3dmark06. you get 300-400 points extra, max.

    hehe i need to get rid of some. i am wondering whats thebest way to overclock this rig as i think i can probably do much better in my score

    full spec

    A8R32-MVP Deluxe
    4800cpu
    2gb oc uk ram
    2 x1950xtx

    well, oc the CPU will probably get you only 100-200 points more max and 2006 is hardly bothered about CPU. OCing your GPUs however should give you some more promising results. I OC'd mine from 500/1200 to 570/1550 and gained about 400/500 points

    so so tempting but as they are both brand new i think iwill just settle for 3rd place and second in the 05 thread.

    ive found with my old x1800xt and looking at other results that small increases on x1000's pay off big time, more so than on nvidia's.. upgrade those coolers and go for it lol..
