A couple of people, under a couple of circumstances, for a couple of things.

    first off:
Charles Manson. In Handcuffs. I think he's less f*** in the head that he'd have us all believe...as such, i'd like to meet him.

    Jenna Jameson.
From what i heard smart, a pr0nstar, and probably an interesting attitude to all things sex... fancy dinner, chatting. No more.

    Kate Beckinsale.
    Pork.Silly. Nuff said.

Oh my god yes! While we're at it i'd like to add Keeley Hazel for obvious reasons :) from the guys, I wouldnt mind going for dinner with John Petrucci, we could grab a steak and discuss the subtleties of the harmonic and melodic minor scales whilst having a few beers.

Seconded there. He seems like a genuinely nice bloke as well.

Although naturally I'd choose my fiance over anyone else. :)

When people list many names, is that lots of singular dates or one, uber round table banquet?

@ Bauul, for me it would be singular dates. I think one big banquet might last too long with the people there.

I was about to ask "why the hell would you want to have dinner with Bradley Wiggins" then I realised you were talking about a different Bradley Wiggins.

Having Hitler as a guest certainly crossed my mind too, but I decided I wasn't intellegent or patient enough to extract anything particularly useful from a conversation with him. Perhaps just listening to him talking with Ernesto Guevara or Fidel Castro or.... Jesus? would be very interesting.

    Clarence "Kelly" Johnson
    John Delorean
    Isambard Kingdom Brunel
    Frank Whittle

Between us, we'd invent the greatest thing actually ever, then smoke cigars.

    And maybe James May.

    Edit:
    ie Nancy from hollyoaks?

As I already own epic beard (pic tonight, for the naysayers) I'm gonna go with some personal heroes.

    H. P. Lovecraft
Yagyu Ieyasu (Would go with Munetori as well)
    John Nash
    Socrates
Diogenes the Cynic (my personal hero, and who I want to be most like)
    John mother****ing Carmack
    Samuel L Jackson
or Patrick Stewart, to get tips on being bald gracefully.

You know, I think Mark Twain would be insane. I mean he'd make a bunch of noise. Of course he'd also criticize everything in sight, hence is preferece for insanity.
