I have never seen three separate loops of water cooling tucked so neatly inside a case before. Mostly thanks to the in-f*ckin-sanely awesome floor you've got there, but I love the tubing guides as well! I've seen a lot in these forums, but this is yet to be beaten. And I doubt that will happen anytime. Pure epic win. Boddaker, man, you should be insulted if this thing doesen't show up on MDPC pronto. Period.
As the others before already stated, the floor is a stunning piece of craftsmanship. Very well done! The case overall is very nicely put together with some great attention to detail
absolute masterpiece bod!! i was waiting for that floor and i am not disappointed! Wow! Supreme awesomeness.... im speechless!
Bod, from concept to execution that floor is a masterpiece - Congratulations! I hope everything from here on out goes smoothly Mate... I'm looking forward to seeing the final shots.
Wow, thanks everyone for the great comments! Trying to get it ready for PAX this weekend. Ran into a power issue and it won't fire up. Might be a blessing in disguise tho, as it seems to be that confounded ATX extension cable I made that's the culprit lol. I was gonna replace it anyway, so it will just be sooner than later is all. I do have a spare psu and will hook it up to the motherboard temporarily just to make sure it's not fried or anything, and that will allow me to get windows installed at least before I leave. Then I will swap out the extension cable when I get up to Seattle Friday night. Gotta love last minute crises lol!
Thanks guys! Ok, so I hooked a spare psu up to the motherboard and got it to power on, so it's definitely that extension cable. Brian at Moddersmart is making a new one for me and overnighting it up to Seattle, so it will be there waiting for me. woot! Words cannot express my gratitude! So while I had the spare psu hooked up, I got Windows 7 installed. And while that was going, I worked on mounting the side panels. Here are a couple shots of the case with the windowed side panel on: Gotta address some alignment issues with the lower mesh boxes, but otherwise looks pretty good. The trident window is blue transparent acrylic, while the top and bottom pieces on the right are mirrored acrylic. (the camera flash kinda makes them look like smoked acrylic) Driving up to Seattle tomorrow for PAX, so I'll try to post some pics of the event.
