Totally biased here, but check out some of the ASUS routers too - PC Pro were a fan of the RT-N16. http://www.pcpro.co.uk/reviews/wifi-routers/351550/asus-rt-n16 Press release of it here, for more facts and figures: http://www.bit-tech.net/news/industry/2009/07/01/asus-rt-n16-sets-wireless-networking-standa/1
Hopping on the "don't get a Belkin" bandwagon. Sometimes it forgets I needs mah packets and stops responding to my system.
Thought I'd bump a slightly older thread rather than start a new one since this router was mentioned specifically. Anyone have any experience with it? It's on a decent sale at NewEgg until the end of April: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833122334 I'm halfway looking for a new router, and it caught my eye a while back because of the easily flashable firmware that can run DD-WRT or Tomato, but was still pretty expensive. The sale makes it tempting, though. Unless it ends up being a piece of junk?
