    Apparently this will appeal to MMO lovers and non-lovers alike.

    Guildwars (the original) was beyond awful in my opinion.

    I will reserve judgement from this though now I am not a WoW snob anymore.

    Looks interesting.

    Moving MMO's is the problem though.

    You invest so much time and effort, it is a nightmare to start again.

    I played the original to >700 hrs, but I don't think I'll pick up GW2. I don't have the motivation or time to play a proper MMO these days, and I was never very good at the first game anyway...

    I'll probably do like I did with the first Guild Wars: buy it because it has no subscription fee and keep in the background for when I take a break from my main MMO... which will be Final Fantasy XIV for those interested.

    I could never devote myself to constantly paying for an mmo so GW was brilliant for me when it came out, I still pay it with a few friends and its still enjoyable.

    ive not really focused much attention on GW2 but seing that video made me salivate.

    i had original and did love it got bored eventually. But probally got more than my moneys worth from it.

    I could never really get into the first game tbh, ill also prolly just go with SWTOR, altho im enjoying STO season 2 atm.
