Hi, I have dual GTX 480s installed, but can only get the first one (top slot) to fold. I've created the dual settings as per link which works on my server's GTX 295. Is there something different I need to do with dual GTX 480's? Just to check, you have: - 1. extended the desktop across both GTX 480s 2. primary graphics card has the argument -gpu 0 in the configuration. 3. secondary graphics card has the argument -gpu 1 in the configuration. When you created the additional folder in application data for the secondary card, you did delete the work folder, client.conifg, fahlog.txt files, queue.dat and unitinfo.txt BEFORE trying to run the application. 4. You are running the cards at stock speed

On top of what One_Box said, you'll need to connect either a monitor or a dummy VGA plug into the second card. Unless the hardware detects something connected to that card it won't be seen as active by the F@H client and give you more errors.
If you are using the latest drivers then you don't need to extend the desktop and mess around with dummy plugs, this requirement is no longer needed. I would check you are running the latest drivers.
Not if you are using the latest Nvidia drivers. There is no need to have anything connected to the graphics card at all, just make sure the drivers are up to date (260.99). Sorry D_G you obviously type more quickly than me!
Thanks guys for the pointers on the new drivers. I run a dedicated folding/crunching computer 24/7 with two GTX 460's so at the time I set it up I was forced to use dummy plugs. Will make life a lot simpler now. Let's see if tattysnuc's problem is resolved by revisiting the -gpu 0 and -gpu 1 flags
