    I was just checking my "funny pictures" folder that contains all the best stuff from the demotivational thread. I spent a full hour laughing non stop, struggling for air and I didn't even check a third of them !

    This folder is priceless

    Got a deposit check all drawn up, signing a lease tomorrow, moving in on the 20th! And don't have to pay the first couple months rent becuase I covered my roommate's share of the deposit. :D

    After a year of planning, speculation and frustration my dream is finally coming to fruition!
