    Hello everybody! :D

    My name's Jean from France.

This is my first post on bit-tech, and happy to share my project, and sorry in advance for my poor english.

This is not the first time, that I make a mod, but my second time. My first time, was 2 years ago, I found and bought an Apple G5, but without plan, it was a great Disaster and spend of money.

In my despair and searching, I found bit-tech! And with his G5 modders and specially the beautiful Apple Core Duo by Cyprio which inspired me

But I don't want to copy, but just do my personal idea...

After few months of reflection, 2 years exactly, I found with a lot of chance a MAC PRO with all accessories, and all plans were modified.
This time, I want to make a beautiful middle-tower version of my last lian li PC-V600.

For the design, I will use my inspiration of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by Hirohiko Araki, my favourite japanese manga illustrator, I've followed him since I was 15 years old :D

With some surprises for the final version.

I started my mod last week, but I'll post the pictures tomorrow.

i used some parts of my G5 missed , few years ago .my mac pro will be watercoolded later .

You're off to a good start.
If you put the PSU on a little box, you could hide the cable. -maybe even route it through the case.

Jojo is a really detailed art style. It will be a huge contrast with the minimalist Mac design policy.
I'd avoid doing any decoration on the mesh area. It will be hard to see.
...Maybe an etch of Dio, (The classic pic with the star on his back,) on the side panel?

Have you found AngelOD's conversion log yet? MrBean has a good one here too.:D

Hello, it's me again, and last update of the week.

DesignBlueprinter, thanks. The mod will be a little bit spécial.

    Hello Cheapskate! a jojo's fan?
My favorite character is Jôsuke Higashikata of part 4

For the design's case, it's a surprise, but I want something that a jojo's fan can say: oh! a jojo case!
for the PSU, I'll do a mpdc-x modding with the new antec 850 hcp current pro that I'm waiting for in france...
Yes, I found all other cases mod, there is a lot of apple's case fan this year.

Dahl1n , hi ! i need to do a better finish and erase all scratchs to be perfect...

    close this

    and cut these parts .....
