Well Looking at doing a Rebuild of Pc case and this is one of the reasons why the 80/20 build is the Hot setup for me.

Ya can Change the Layout :hip:

The other day installed a WaterBlock on Video Card and for some reason that was also the Last Straw for the Gateway LCD has worked for many years almost 24/7 but would just not repower up after waterblock install.

So After looking at a 30 inch LCD for the last few years now was the time to Order the HP ZR30w Black 30"

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824176177

SWEEET now ya can have 2 full web pages open side by side youtube on one side and bit-teck on the other page and so far ONE SWEET LCD !!! Also have Bob Cad open to do some cad/cam full size and not have to move part all around is a BIG time saver. :worried:

Here is the idea we have some spare room in the BIG case :naughty: lets put the WHOLE thing on the PC desk and install the 30 inch LCD and Sub then turn the mobo upside down so ya can look up and see the pc, everything is in one Case. Along with the 26 by 22 RAD. How many of ya have room in your pc case to do all that :eeek: Might also install some speaker holders off the side of case to hold them. :thumb:

Well have to do some cleaning of desk then we can start with rebuild. Stay tuned BIG thanks for all the views.

    BIG build 3

Well back at it again got a few new pc parts.

1 ASUS PB Series PB278Q 27" 5ms (GTG) WQHD HDMI Widescreen LED Monitor

    1 EVGA 04G-P4-3688-KR GeForce GTX 680 Classified 4GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video

2 Corsair Force Series GS CSSD-F240GBGS-BK 2.5" 240GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

2 Western Digital WD AV-GP WD20EURS 2TB SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

    1 LITE-ON Blu-ray Burner with 3D Playback SATA iHBS212-08 LightScribe Support

Well after trying to install the EVGA GTX 680 Classified. It was clear that Video Card is not going to stay in the mobo with the BIG build 2. The mobo is upside down and the the EVGA GTX 680 Classified is just not going to stay in the mobo. Also after a few things that needed changed from BIG build 2 this was the time to start BIG build 3.

Goal want PC fast and easy to work on at anytime. Want to change a cable just reach up and change it. Need to change HD's just reach up and change it. Plug in USB stick or what ever it needs to be FAST and EASY.

The only place that could be this handy is to make a frame work to hold the PC right over the LCD.

Rooter is going to help again with this build he was a HUGE help on BIG build 1 :eyebrow:

Also this spring we went for a VERY short truck ride and Rooter jumped out and dislocated his right hip good thing we was going SLOW. We gave the Reset and sling a try but after 2 days hip was back out so at that point FHO was done on hip. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fSVfdh7RRck After 30 weeks of MAJOR TLC back in action

SO we need to rebuild the case again and this is WHY went with the 80/20 build style so ya can change it.

    Lets get started :dremel:

Lets start the PC and see how things are all working. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E2lh3Q1FAsQ&feature=youtu.be

Still have some more work the HD's need to be moved lower ya almost have to stand on chair to reach them. :wallbash: The MOBO location is working out GREAT. Just need to move them lower. Now to just get water cooling hooked back up.

Very Sad :waah: about Danger Den going to close wish them the BEST of LUCK

Now to get a water block for the GTX 680 Classified :naughty:

Big thanks to all never was thinking would get 35,000 views of this pc build.

    Welcome back! (to Rooter, too)

There's always room for one more returned-from-the-dead-and-still-crazy-as-hell build. ;)
