Case Mod - In Progress Hask. Liquid cooling. 22 Aug mini update.

Hello everyone.

This is my second mod. It will be with a liquid cooling. About 5-6 months ago, I ordered the parts from China. But because of the study, only now I had time to implement my project.

My case is Aerocool Vs-4.

My project (it is toggle switches over DVD-rom).

Chinese sent a wrong reservoir - 35x6cm instead of 20x6. So i had to redo the project.


Disassemble the case and cut a hole for the reservoir.

 

Decided to invest in a small upgrade. Now I have Z68 Ex4 Gen3 + i5 2500k + 2x4Gb 2133MHz Kingston.



Now i have to redo mount of the CPU water block.

I finished to cut case:





Cut new holes for the tubes on the rear panel. Older will be covered later.



Сombined top holes for the 24 pin wire.

what the GPU block is? i'm making something very similar...

 

Not sure what I understand the question, but I did not do GPU block, I bought it from the Chinese. It is made ​​of copper.

 

I like the reservoir. Where did you order from? It looks like a design I made that didn't get OK'd.

 

^^^LOL. The GPU block looks like an Alphacool and so does the CPU block. Ive never seen the res before.

Nice cuts with the Dremel, or are you showing us pics AFTER massive filing?
