I've heard those called a lot of things, but soldering iron wasn't one of them. :naughty:

Really, what do you call them? ;)

Re: the Spitfire - it's staying as a spitfire, the quick respray it's had isn't great but should polish up, and the chassis has been welded and sealed with photo's to prove it. Hopefully it'll last long enough to be enjoyed then sold. Just been sorting the headlights out - replacing them with halogen's on relays as my housemate doesn't like driving it with the dim ones it's got at the moment.

I wore through my jeans in the seat where I've been cycling everywhere in them.

BUT then I walked into the Levis store on Regent street to get a new pair and saw that they now do repairs on Jeans. So £5 got my favorite jeans repairs instead of a £85 new pair.

    Good times!

^^ah yes Levi's can customise your jean as well. I used to work in that same store about a decade ago, can't believe the repair and customisation is still open

Its now the first thing as you walk in the door. Its pretty awesome actually.

Pity they only do Levi's. I have a few pairs of jeans that I want fixed up that are not such good brands!

Their cyclist jeans are very nice looking, but having a tailor next door to sort repairs will mean I'll be getting the Levi's commuter's instead.

16GB Corsair DDR3 Vengeance Low Profile Ram

Should be a nice upgrade over my 6GB of Dominators which actually only registers as 4GB now.
