Wow, the paint job looks great! That black really makes the orange pop!

^^ agree on that! One thing I think would look amazing are a few little blue accents. Would break the orange up a little bit, so that it's not overdone.
    Keep it up dude!

    Well guys, we are running.
This morning I brought home all the pieces painted and I proceeded to the replacement of the various parts.
After the replacement, I proceeded to replace the blue LED fan to 200 with four orange LEDs. I proceeded further to wire two LEDs for the front filters, always orange of course.
Once reassembled everything, I filled the system, and so on, started to bomb. Tomorrow night I make good for all the various settings dell'aquaero and I go to the system for a couple of hours with the trays to empty it completely open air.
All for today, see you soon!

Thank you so much to everyone for the compliments that are coming in the latter period.
I continue to say that the mod is not finished yet, in these pictures you see, say, 95% of the work.
I still have some details to be finalized, including the power cables of the cpu. I miss to secure the plexi to the front door and install a little frame inside to mask the plexi (also from the door).
Follow (hopefully before the contest in the town of Gonzaga) a detailed photo book, where you can watch all the implications of the model, the final 100%.

Ooh! Clear coolant! Fits this build really good! Though, is that air in the res?

    Hello to all!
A few days ago I also painted the dust drawer below the power supply by removing the original grille.
Now given that the fishing power air from inside the case is not building again under the grille as you do not draw air.

What you see now is the support they will stay the six cooling fans with six grilles.
    Here the fans and grills.

I decided that the support for the fans will be aluminum, lightweight and easy to work with and paint, and with a form to "L".
Here is the work I've done.

Now it is nice and smooth, I gave a nice filed in all six holes and the edges where I cut with a hacksaw.
Tuesday I should get 99% of the fans and grilles, so I'll make the four holes for fan to attach to the substrate.
The support issue will be fixed (with the short, 1 cm) just below the passive radiators, staring at the cabinet under the door.
The cooling fans in question, so positioned, blow air towards the radiators, exploiting the fact that the heat goes upward, since the temperatures are too high: the processor, an i7-960, lot and only heats radiators, now go well but in view of the summer months will suffer greatly, aided by the fact that I have painted and so I thickened the dissipating surface.
To arrive at this conclusion I left the PC on several hours, selling the liquid temperature rise quickly to levels acceptable for now (32 ° C at idle) but in view of the warm months is not good.
I also purchased three more of these cooling fans, heatsinks to cool the chipset and MOSFET.
    See you soon!

    P.S.
What do you say, I do matt black or orange?

Well guys, I proceed with the last official working up, before proceeding with the preparation of the final book of photographs.
When ordering, you can see the cutout for the plexi window and the final assembly of the support with fans attached.

All the wiring on the fans was quickly hidden.
Well, now when I have time, a public good book to shut down the mod.
Meanwhile, thank you all for the advice and constructive criticism that I have ever received in time, Momic to thank those who helped me to make the support for the fans and I thank especially those who, every time I go here, I tear a smile!

    See you soon
    Dave

Hehe, I understand where you're coming from, from an aesthetics point of view, but I don't think those small fans will add anything other than unnescessary noise to your build.

Great idea with those 40mm fans, probably wont do much temp wise but any airflow is better then nothing with a passive build.

I agree with nutman those fans will not provide that much benefit. However from a moding perspective they are a refreshing idea.

Another excellent build, your 800D was near perfection, this one is also outstanding.

Eheh, thank you guys...but...I don't agree with you.
This six fans allow to gain about 3/4°C. Now, in idle mode, the temperature of the cpu's loop is about 27°C, instead before the fans, the temperature was about 30-31°C (excuse me for my bad English).
I can say that they're aesthetics and provide benefits!

Glad to hear that the fans are providing functionality besides just looking cool :D.
