Although I'm pretty okay at painting steel. I've been planning to paint the inside of my newly acquired (or rather 2nd handed acquisition) ATCS 840.

Now the question is: How does one go about painting aluminum? What are the differences and what are the idiosyncracies?

Hell should I even paint that sexy sexy shiny white?

The simplicity of it actually makes me feel utterly idiotic. But thanks! :D

So if I have an anondized case, I'll have to sand it until the paint is gone, wash and then primer, then layer it?

No chance of just having it powder coated Elton?

Far better and harder finish IMHO

I could. But powder coating the inside? A bit of a waste.

I think I'll leave it unpainted until I can justify the funds.
