Hi guys. Time to give something back to the community This is your chance to win a BitFenix Comrade case. http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/chassis/comrade#overview Your choice of black or white. If you are lucky enough to be the winner of this competition all you have to do in return is create a build log thread showing off the parts going inside the case and the final setup etc with nice clear pictures along the way. Now to win this case all you have to do is, Write in around 30 words or more why you would like one, maybe show off your current setup that is badly in need of a case refresh?
I would love to replace my aged no-name-steel-non-rolled-edge-cut-my-fingers case. And this is a very sexy case.
I'm pretty desperate for a new case. I'm still using a Lian-Li V1000b I got second hand from Koola here in 2006 its got cut outs in the top for a 3 fan radiator. It went back and forth to uni several times a year and is scratched and a right mess. The expansion card cut out bit is bent and I have to bend all of the back planes on my cards to screw them in. Its seen multiple motherboards, water cooling and a lot of abuse. I've replaced all the internals several times since owning it but never had the money to replace it. This is a wonderful competition and I would be honered to have a chance to win this awesome looking case. Thanks for the opportunity you rock!
My home media server lives in my room, its such an old case that I don't have any fans that fit in it (not 120) and the fans are so loud and rattle so much that's now a regular sound in my room - and its the first thing I hear every morning and as I'm going to sleep. And the buttons no longer work so there is just wires hanging out of the bottom to short for restart/power I have everything I need to build now except a case. This is why I require a new case. Nice competition
The position of the USB/headphone/mic connectors suggest that the best position for this case is on the same table as the monitor and keyboard. My build requires a bigger case with room for water cooling and I want it to stand on the floor. The position of the connectors of this case would be less than ideal and completely rules it out. Pity. Good luck to the eventual winner. Props to BitFenix for offering the case.
I don't need this for me (I love my Prodigy ) but I built my poor little sister a mercy rig at the end of last year and it went into a particularly scruffy example of one of these: So if you want to make a lady's year, give it to her
My wife could do with a new case, she has my 6 year old phong 2 and it's starting to look very dated. Everything in the pc is new so the case is the last piece of the puzzle. Good luck to everyone that enters Another thumbs up for a competition that doesn't require facebook.
