For me it would be; 1) BF3 2) Skyrim 3) CS 4) Assassins Creed 3 (When i get it) 5) Ghost Recon Future Soldier A great mix there I reckon..
Age of Mythology, just coz i can play that over and over and still like it. Would hate to be stuck on an island with 5 pc games and no pc though.
Interesting, because I think this rules out a lot of great games with less replay value. I'll go with: Skyrim Sins of a Solar Empire Civilization 5 Guild Wars 2 X-Com: Enemy Unknown (would say UFO, but played it just too many times and X-Com still entices me right now)
Im assuming no multiplayer Dune 2 (just because) X-Com: EU (Loving this atm) X3 (Never actually played this) Civ II / Call to Power: Sid Meirs Pirates: Its fun and the sword fighting techniques might come in handy if RL pirates appeared on my island.
Team Fortress 2 (unless internet is banned...then switch it to Killing Floor.) Startopia. Giants: Citizen Kabuto. Creatures (because I never figured out how to play that game and if I was stuck on an island I'd surely figure it out...) Age of Mythology.
Civ 5 Endless space with dlc minecraft skyrim and... farcry 3... for when... you know... i need to escape reality...
Empire: Total War Endless Space (+dlc) Skyrim FM 2014 If internet connection allowed then EVE if not then ARMA 3 (never played it but looks like a good tactical shooter for those rimes I want something different)
I get one copy is for you Nexxo and another is for Wilson the volleyball, but the other 3 ? Have you made some coconut friends.
Based on no internet for multiplayer stuff and my current mood: Crusader Kings II Anno 1404/2070 Don't Starve Mount and Blade: Warband Cossacks 2 Maybe
Internet or no internet? I'll just make two lists. Internet Team Fortress 2 Left 4 Dead 2 Counter Strike: GO DotA 2 Robocraft (a recent bit of fun, although I'm not sure how long my interest will last. It's Free to Play) No Internet Halflife Series (I'll count them all as one game) Portal Series (If I have to choose just one it would be P2) Sonic All Stars Racing (you need a racing game) Dishonored (Haven't played it yet) Skyrim (Haven't played this one either) I'm generally not into the action RPG genres listed above, but they take a long time to play and I would be stranded on a desert island. I generally don't like them that much because they take so long and there are so many paths on the decision tree, so trying out everything can take a long long time. But if I'm on an island, then I want long games that I can play over and over and over again.
1. Dota 2 2. Elite Dangerous 3. Skyrim 4. Football Manager 2013 5. Battlefield 4 I could be quite happy with them games at home let alone an island
Like other recent posts, it depends on whether Internet & other players are available. Online Life is Feudal ArcheAge Borderlands 2 Star Citizen Space Engineers Offline Life is Feudal Skyrim Kerbal Space Program AI War X3: Terran Conflict
Morrowind. The only other game I've been able to play for nearly as long without getting bored is World of Warcraft, but decent internet on a desert island seems unlikely. Then just small games that have a ton of depth buried in them by virtue of good AI enemies, things like chess and CS:S (with bots) and Unreal Tournament - things you could steadily improve on over a long time. Minecraft might be depressing, because you'd compare your glorious edifices of stone and gold ingame to your wooden hut and campfire IRL and feel inferior.
