I'm looking for a case with a sata dock at the top. Preferably one with a dual dock if possible.

It must be £40 or less. Not looking for any fancy features, only requirement is a full size ATX and the sata dock.

I used to have a Coolermaster CM690 and it was excellent.

You can get SATA docks that fit in a 5.25" bay if that's any help?

The Thermaltake BlacX is the nearest I can find, only a single dock and just over £40 with shipping. Thermaltake also do the V9 BlacX Edition which has the dual dock but I cannot find it for sale in the UK.

Your probably better off getting a 5.25" dock like IanW said or an external USB3.0 dual dock, much easier to find and then there are plenty of cases to choose from under £40.

Cheers for the replies. I was looking at the thermaltake and liked it. I already have a case, I was going to do a full swap just for the dock. I didn't want the clutter on my desk of the external dock.

I like the idea of the dock that fits into a 5.25 bay, sounds perfect. I'll look for one of those.

    Cheers!

I have 3 690II's, 2 with docks (advanced) and they are very handy.

Might be an idea to look for a second hand one, all of mine have been second hand and cost me around the £40 mark delivered.

I like ones like KINGWIN KF-252. They are really no nonsense type, just push the drive in and it connects, turn on. No annoying trays/caddy or stupid doors. Plus it works perfect for both 2.5 and 3.5 drive size which most don't offer. If you get that, you will probably want to remove the awful little fan from it though. It's really the only bad thing about it.

Sounds perfect. I need it to support 2.5" drives. So this sounds great. Cheers.

Edit: Had a look and it seems they're not available in the UK. Anything similar though would be great.

Bummer... they are only like $14 over here. Maybe you can find somewhere to buy in Europe, or straight from China. I guess you could buy it from USA too, but the shipping end up costing twice the hotswap bay.

Antec 200 has a caddie in the front, just push the disk in, though the case doesn't seem to be as cheap as it used to be.
