    Scratched an itch I've had for a while

    I take it for granted most of the time, but in Wales we really do have the most breathtaking scenery I've ever seen, there's no way I can do it justice with iPhone snaps...

    Also insects, lots of insects... This was, I think, the fourth of six visor cleaning sessions on this little jaunt...

    Loved every minute of it, even when stuck behind someone I can't overtake. Perfect weather, roads in excellent condition, lots of lovely twisty and winding bits, and views to die for.

    My boss left the company, effective immediately. Garden leave for him. Not sure if it's awesome, but at least it provided me with a very interesting return to work after a few weeks away because of my mum's death.

    Life is strange sometimes.

    Going to watch a play in Cardiff on Saturday, having an amazingly chilled bank holiday with a few stogeys, and some rum, making a YouTube vid for the first time in 2 years, and all in all having a generally great weekend.

    Booked for a week in Florida. Taking the chance with just the two of us as it's been a bit of a crap year with losing our baby and a few other factors.

    Haven't had a holiday so far this year so it's definitely overdue. November 9th ... can't wait.
