sounds like a very cool project, there are also some small fish (2cm long) that glow with the uv or something, i have seen them is the shops for like $1 for 10, that would be a very cool idea
only problem is they still need air youd have to cut some holes in top of bay res or something puttin air into the water aint good enough i did this be4 with some neon (fish) and put them into a tank i made in a picture frame (oviously small) and they died in 2 days
if they were neon's you'd have needed a heater too, theyre tropical fish.. & you did feed them right?
yer everything was set done correctly but the way i made the tank there was only a 1 inch funnel at the top where they could get out n i dont think they figured how to rise to top to get air lol least i never had to pay for em

fish??? come up for air??? thats a new one. last time i checked fish dont come up to the surface to get air. thats why they have those things called gills
interestingly enough, I actually read an article a little while back about some Japanese company starting to sell genetically enhanced uv reactive, glow in the dark, and just plain bio-luminescent fish. I'll see if I can track it down.

ummmm.....great idea but i only have one question why in the **** do you want thies things they are not something you want in your case they eat plastic and stuff and they can short out your power supply trust me i know from experience otherwise good luck
lol i think it was a bad idea to be honest but i ordered a bay res now tho and have no use for it any ideas what i can do with it. And no i aint sending it to anyone lol

I think the whole idea is a bit....wrong? Am I the only person who thinks so? I don't feel sentimental about sea monkeys but it just strikes me as sick that someone would want to put them inside a computer.....
because it would look nice lol, and dont forget there geneticaly moddifed as someone said so they could have metal jaws n lasers on there head n stuff
bettas only come up for air because they have an organ called a labrynth lung which allows them to live in puddles etc in their natural habitat.
