Hey guys, does anyone know somewhere in Surrey, ideally Woking or Guildford, or even in central London, where I can get a Thesis/Dissertation/Project bound? I'm talking gluing rather than spiral binding.

Here in Germany I can get it done for €2.50 for the kind with the black tape down the spine, and I'm looking for similar prices in the uk. I'm assuming people at Surrey Uni need this service but the only guy I found wanted 35 quid!!

    cheers in advance...

Well if you want to venture as far as Reading, the uni do it for £4 thermal binding. Not entirely sure how you want it bound. Thermal is when they basically put a cardboard cover on the front and back but it looks real professional. I know a mate who got hers properly book bound and they charged her £96 quid for 3 copies. Hope this helps :)

There is a print shop down Goldsworth road in Woking that may bbe able to do it for you, not sure of the name. There is another one opposite the station on the town side. Hope this helps, don't wanna trek to reading :thumb:

in the end I was early enough (just!) to get my reports bound in germany. However I will try to find the answer to this and get back to you, as I'd like to bind some personal copies later...

    Cheers guys!
