If the weather's grim, then that'll put me in a bad mood from the off as I have to cycle 9 miles to get to work, and don't much like doing it in the pissing rain. Apart from that, I'm fine in the mornings, despite getting up at half six for the cycle ride. Evening's are worse for me as I don't get in till 9pm. I go to bed about half twelve, so 6 hours sleep a night and I'm fine, even with a near 20 mile cycle ride, and hour's gym every day. You 8 hour a day people are all pansies. Quite the opposite to me. I'm one of those people that just doesn't like laying around in bed. I get 6 horus a night weekdays, and rarely sleep more than 8 hours at the weekend. Once I'm awake though, that's it, I'll get up. I just feel too lazy in bed, there's things I can be getting up and doing.
Well I am a teenager, I got to bed around 11 and get up at six, it kind of sucks at frist but after the first 10mins it is fine, I also love monday mornings. Unfourtunetly I never get to sleep in on the weekend ever because my "body-clock" wakes me up around 6-7 and once I am awake thats it, I cant go back to sleep and laying in bed awake in the morning is crap.
Teenagers (here's the geek coming out now :nerd start producing the drug which makes you tired/sleepy at around 1 AM whereas adults tend to start producing at around 10PM so we have a harder time getting to sleep at the usual times expected of us, yet we have to get up at around the same time as adults so we need to sleep in longer. Or that's the way I see it. I don't really know how to explain it any better.
uts hand up:i'm a teenager. i'm usually up till 3 wide awake thinking. its pants when you have to get up at 8:00 to get to college(unless its thursday then i'm pissed and falling asleep is no probs)
