NVIDIA's GeForce 6600GT on AGP

    what chipset drivers are you running out of interest? :confused:

    It's cool fella, i got it all sorted (i'm using all the latest chipset drivers incidentally) - needed more ram is all....
    Thankfully, Cruial seemed to be thinking of me this week, and I managed to grab a 512MB stick off their website this week for under 50 squid :D

    Everything is smooth as silk now - the 6600GT really is something special (just like the Ti4200 when it first appeared) i can't recommend it enough....

    ....now to overclock the whiny 'lil bugger :rock:

    Ah, whilst i'm on the subject of the noise it makes, anyone know of a good 3rd party fan replacement for the 6600GT AGP?? Perhaps it's too new to have one yet....
    The stock fan sure makes a racket - needs a larger, slower one like some of those Radeons IMO....

    I hope the PCI-E version is as good if not better - Mine's in the post :rock:
