I dunno much about the 6800LE but it is probably the best deal. It looked like it had 16 pipes and I'm sure it would overclock at least moderately well, but either of the nvidia cards would beat out the 9800pro.

well it has 16 pipes and 6 vertex shader, but 4 pipes and 1 shader are hardware masked but can be unlocked with rivatuner

So it "has" 12 pipes and 5 VS's but you can easily unlock the hidden ones? Beats the 6600GT no problem (8/3 I think) unlocked or not unless it has really low clock speeds but the model number would make me think the 6800le would be faster than a 6600gt.

    6800LE with 8fp and 4vp right?

Well, the 6800LE will have a lower pixel fill rate, but a higher memory bandwidth. However, you may get lucky with an LE and be able to unlock the disabled fragment & vertex pipelines.

The 6600Gt is a much better value then the 6800LE. They basically perform the same yet the 6600GT is cheaper.
