Ok, I had some problems with my Ati 550 pro tunner card in another thread. I have just tried to get it to work agin and I feel that I have made massive progress! Take a look at what I found out in safe mode! The resources are being used by onboard mobo features! Ok... Ok so after I dissable them I get this! So how do I change the settings? notice Windows wont let me.... Any ideas?
in ya bios change the IRQ of it to one thats not being used by anything and disable the 1eee1394 controler in ya bios thats about all i can suggest

check if ya pc's running ACPI (bios setting) and if it is then u'll have to change it and probably reinstall windows over again
