Anyone else notice the front left foot on the silver unit in the pic is off-level? I'll probably build something in one of these one of these days. Personally, I like the look of them.

Nice looking case, strange fan sizes though, 180mm, odd

the bigger the fans, the quieter the case :) I'm looking forward to getting this one on my desk.

I like it. Not as much as Lian Li's newer cases (B25 and A07), but I still like it. Cooling is definitely going to be better here though...

I was originally getting the Lian Li B25 but after a messed up order it never happened so yesterday I received my SilverStone FT01B-W and boy am I glad I went for this instead!! the build quality is amazing and those 180mm fans really keep things cool and quiet, my cpu is basking in that cool breeze! :)

The negatives I have are that although it has decent cable management on the underside of the motherboard tray there isnt enough room to put the main power connector so that has to stay in the front. There also isn't that much room for cables behind the hard drive cages so it's all a little squished. That's it really, it still all looks really neat inside when put together and it's one sexy looking minimalist case :D I love it..

    looks nice tho,
however i bet its expensive, all the silverstone cases that used to be around £160 now seem to over the £200 mark.
has there been a sudden rush on aluminium or something?

Everything has gone up in price lately - after effects of oil price increases and inflation increases in a few countries thanks to economies going into the *******.

no shizzle, but the silverstone cases have gone up a lot... way above the RPI. Take the TJ-09, that used to be around £155 a year or so ago now its around £195...
and no other case manufacturers seem to have done the same, EG. the antec P182 which has been about £80-90 since release...

Never had a Silverstone yet. I've had Lian-Li and TT High end cases. I'm more into HTPC and full tower cases. Mid tower just don't work for me, somehow. Good review.

Somehow I agree with the 180mm fans ( a bigger fan can spin slowly and much more silent ) ,but as far as I know just two manufacturers are using cases with 180mm fans ( the other is X Clio ), the problem is that at the moment is a bit difficult to get in the online shops a comfortable range of 140mm fans to choose , because not many online shops sell the 140mm fans size, if a customer find a problem with that 180mm fan ,will have no chance to swap to another fan manufacturer :wallbash:
