I quite enjoyed the base game, but jumping through so many hoops to get the game working? Nah, can't really be 4rs3d

Something to do with the AI and draw distances?

I've noticed a couple of times, if I can run away fast enough so the enemy vanishes, I can go back and said enemy is no longer aware I'm there - giving me a second shot at sniping it.

    ...

This DLC seems OK, but the price of entry (GfWL and it's associated PITA) is too high. Even if it were free, I think I'd just pass on it given the need for all that faffing about.

There's no consequences of your actions. For example you can kill a guard out of site and no one wonders where he is or why you are running around with a gun.

Doesn't that depend on where I am?
If I kill one slaver (out of sight of the others) all of paradise falls is against me...

Yea but, you'd want to kill them all anyway :p Much fun.

I have hope that this and the other DLC will eventually be released as a retail expansion or will eventually make it into a Fallout 3 GoTY edition.

We can always hold onto hope can't we?

    Agreed.

The only way I'll play these addons is if they release them on a DVD like Oblivion and the DLC for that (Knights of the Nine, etc...)
