Ed, dude, you do know that although the RT had a slow take-up, the 400.000 Pro models pretty much sold out instantly, do you? So no contradictions there at all.

    Now, the important question: price?

I'll bite if it gets a 50% discount.

I'm really holding out for a Haswell model. Better battery life (7 hours would be enough for me), much better iGPU (enough to play TF2) and Connected Standby are my main reasons.

Can't say I have ever seen anyone with one. I have however, seen them on every US crime based TV show so far this year......

I would also say that coverage is nowhere near what it should be. PC World now have them online but not instore, I also think John Lewis have the same. Anyone else seen them in store?

I'll pass my RT to my son and pick up the Pro on release.

I want one for work. All other tablets aren't suited to the work environment at all.

Surface pro is a laptop with a touch screen.

Will be waiting on haswell which is as little as 4-5 months away I'd imagine might fix a few issues that the surface pro has.

Whilst not being particularly arsey, it's more of a touch screen device with a keyboard. ;)
