    So no Skype for Chromebook ? :D Whatever, Chromebooks will soon run Android apps.

    Its great that they had a whole smear campaign based against the Chromebooks. Now they are using them as inspiration and building something very similar. Good old MS.

    Bay Trail Atoms are actually usable (about comparable to a Core 2 Duo, which still hold their own reasonably well). If this results in cheap netbook-likes that are actually usable, I'm all for it.

    Yup my little Encore is a great little piece of kit. With a HDMI cable, bluetooth keyboard and mouse it is just as usable for day to day use as either my laptop or desktop. It will also play BF2 quite nicely at work! Screw those usual "tablet" games :p

    So basically, netbooks. Except netbooks are actually kind of good now.

    That was about my sentiment when I saw a 7" version at that pricepoint. Good thing I've kept my Dell Mini 9
