    Seems pretty powerful for a NAS - I don't really understand why one would buy this unless you're really uncomfortable with building your own PC.

    Pricing from elsewhere :
    "The top-of-the-range model with a Ryzen 7 1700 and 64 GB of memory will cost $3,099, a slightly cheaper SKU with the same processor, but 32 GB of DDR4 will retail for $2,599, whereas the most affordable configuration powered by AMD’s six-core Ryzen 5 1600 will be available for $2,299."

    Because you are a business user and require a warranty and support. Not to mention most companies will not trust DIY hardware because compatibility is unknown, paying someone for dozens of hours work to get a DIY setup running is going to more than offset the cost.
