I too am a 1and1 victim, I saw your thread that was posted 3 years ago. I'm currently 15 like you were when you registerd the domain. In my story, I didn't cancel the domain on time so they kept charging me. the paypal account I added was closed, (I closed it), and I do not tend to pay those scammers because I live in the middle east and I really don't think they would come all the way over here and take me to small claims court for such a small ammount.
My questions are, and I hope you respond please are:
Did your parents get bad credit while you didn't pay 1and1?
Did you pay for 3 years with the domains you bought? or were you charged for 3 years of serveice?
Did you pay for 1 year of domain serveice, and are being charged for 1 year of unpaid serveice after 3 years?
How did they contact you after 3 years?
