50mm fans are imo a no go, you would be better...

50mm fans are imo a no go, you would be better off with replacing them with 120 or 140mm, better cooling and less noise.

Do you rending with GPU's or CPU's? Since that would make a big difference as you know. Maybe add a 3th GTX680?

You might need to upgrade the bios first, especially if the CPU your putting in the motherboard is newer than the MB.
So if the CPU released in 2013 and MB in 2012 it very likely needs a bios...

The little price difference is so low thats its an easy pick. Go for 8GB.

Nah I don't think I'll be overclocking the monitor, I've heard some nice things about it but I'm not really into the uber refresh rate thing :)
