Something like that, I would use a jig saw with a fine blade. Then a smooth file to get rid of the roughness. Then finish it off with some wet and dry to give it a nice finish.

It never had one. I made that out of some plexi from scratch. Dead easy. Make it the correct size and then because it's clear lay it on top and mark the holes , job done.:dremel:
