I'd normally say intel. For just word processing and internet browsing i'd say go for AMD's FM2 socket. You can get a hell of a lot for your money there.

There really aren't that many models that do 92mm with leds at all to be honest. But Xilence do a lot of red things in general. They do a few Red LED fans in that size.

Solved it myself Guys.

I seemed to have solved it by going to the UEFI BIOS interface and setting the DVD drive to priority. IT seemed to have worked that way. Strange.
