Definitely go with Auto-select. I had a fiddle...

Definitely go with Auto-select. I had a fiddle with it a while ago and not allowing the program to sort itself out only caused issues for me...

Have you got AHCI mode enabled in the BIOS for the SSD? If so (and you cloned from an IDE drive) you may not have the AHCI drivers installed. What drive did you clone from?
