So I just had a google and found loads on cleaning and dry bruning. I popped the coil out of the middle and gave it a clean as well.. Have to say good as new

I'm thinking possible HDD on the way out or dodgy ram. If you have a spare HDD try installing windows on that, or if not create a partition on one and install windows. If it all runs fine reinstall...
