There is a mod for the camera apparently. I don't have it yet, the combat worries me. I hated DA2 action combat. I loved DAOrigins more tactical combat with some hard fights.

I think they could still procedurally generate the cities, they just have to make some buildings and then use the procedural generation to place them in varied but logical layouts, like city blocks...
