I originally placed an order nearly two weeks ago for components to build a PC for a family member. I purposely chose parts that were in stock in order to ensure delivery as quick as possible.

Steam games won't launch
I bought Wings of Prey in the Steam sale and it won't seem to launch, and neither will Dirt 3 now but Portal is a-ok.
I have disabled Virtu to see if that was anything to do with it but no luck
