They dont work instantly if remember correctly. Most anti depressants take a couple of weeks to have a real effect! Coming off them isnt pretty either :(

Be careful with line rental! Some providers cut you off the Open Reach grid and un-bundle your line which is fine but if you change provider again you will probably have to pay to be unbundled back...

More than likely the bearings in one of the fans...
More than likely the bearings in one of the fans is showing it's age. As suggested take the side off the pc and try to isolate which fan it is. Hopefully it's not your PSU fan your GFX.
