Maybe as a stop gap pick up a 2nd hand one of them, they go for peanuts and youd prob get 50 for your 5850 still.

7970 would run rings round a 5850 btw

WPS has never been active but is indeed an option, always thought that that was a bit of a security flaw.

Will think about disabling wifi for now, I don't depend on...

Certainly no need to go to a completely new 1150 setup when you have a 2500K and 1155 motherboards aare dirt cheap on...

Id also try with a bog standard PS2 mouse and KB if you can to rule out any issues with your usb stuff.

No drives just how long it takes to...

Never had a problem sleeping but in recent years I have to use ear plugs if I sleep in the same room as anyone else.

I would guess I get a solid 7 and a half hours a night. would say I am asleep...

Try and get the evo version of the same board. Bit more cash but fx stuff really does need decent power delivery and the le is pretty cut down.

A 7870 / 270x is also bare minimum for what ur after.
